Proleće restaurant was opened back in 1950 in the Belgrade city center, at the corner of Vuka Karadzica and Carice Milice streets. Since then tradition and culinary skills have been passed on from one generation to another.
After the renovation in 1979, the restaurant started to develop its recognizable identity, characterized by a relaxed, homely atmosphere and the flavors of traditional Serbian cuisine.

Opened for the first time back in 1950, Proleće has a taste of the past served in a pleasant and unique environment in the heart of Belgrade. From the very beginning, it has been providing its visitors with authentic dishes prepared according to traditional recipes, with the use of fresh, local foodstuffs and carefully selected ingredients.
